What this policy covers
This policy applies to PhotoVow Pro subscriptions purchased directly through our website. PhotoVow is a subscription software product for wedding planning and photography timeline scheduling.
Free trial
If your plan includes a free trial, you can cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged for the first paid billing period.
How cancellation works
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew for the next period.
What happens after cancellation
After your paid period ends, your account may be downgraded to PhotoVow's free plan or have paid features removed. You will not be charged again unless you choose to subscribe to a paid plan in the future.
Refunds
Payments already made for an active billing period are generally non-refundable. However, we may review and approve refunds in cases such as duplicate charges, incorrect billing, technical issues that prevented access to the service, or charges that happened after a valid cancellation request.
How refunds are reviewed
If you believe you were charged in error, contact PhotoVow support as soon as possible with the email address used for your account, the date of the charge, and your payment reference. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times after approval can vary depending on your bank or card provider.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to our services, billing model, or legal obligations. The latest version will always be published on this page.
